In ruhigen, vom Atem gef\u00fchrten Bewegungen dehnen und kr\u00e4ftigen wir den K\u00f6rper, bauen Spannungen ab,trainieren die Koordinationsf\u00e4higkeit und f\u00fchren den Geist in einen entspannten Zustand.
