Gemeinsam gehen wir auf Entdeckungstour und sammeln Wildkr\u00e4uter, Fr\u00fcchte oder Samen und verarbeiten sie zu leckeren Speisen wie z.\u00a0B. Wildkr\u00e4uterbutter, Pesto oder Wildkr\u00e4uterk\u00e4sesalat. Unsere Bewegungen hierbei k\u00f6nnen wir yogisch umsetzen, vielleicht r\u00fcckenschonend in der Eisb\u00e4rhaltung Kr\u00e4uter hacken, im Heldensitz meditativ r\u00fchren, im Drehsitz den Teller weiterreichen oder entspannt im Gras liegen \u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wir lernen ausgew\u00e4hlte einheimische Wildkr\u00e4uter kennen und erfahren Neues \u00fcber ihre vielf\u00e4ltige Heilwirkung und Verwendung in der K\u00fcche.
